Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 14 2022 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. Children were observed preparing for nap time, and resting. A review of household records, child records, and caregiver records was conducted. The home, emergency drills, trainings, and attendance records was inspected. Based on record review, the provider did not ensure each caregiver obtain a report of tuberculosis screening every two years from the date of the first screening.
Evidence: Caregiver 2 record contained documentation of a report of tuberculosis screening dated November 19 2020.
