An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 30, 2023, from 10:11am to 11:20am with the provider and one assistant. There were 8 children in care with 2 household children, ages 12months, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 6, and 9 years old, were in the care of three caregiver for a total of 19 points. The children were observed playing outside. Three children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider record, one staff record, and three household member records were reviewed and in compliance. One pet record was reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance.
