An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on June 27, 2022 from approximately 12:05 pm to 1:25 pm. There were 32 children in attendance and a total of 5 staff present. 4 staff records and 5 children?s records were reviewed.
All areas of the center including classrooms, hallways, kitchen, bathrooms, and the playgrounds were observed and inspected. Infant bottles were labeled and dated correctly. Children were observed taking a nap.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during this supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
