An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint received by the department on March 17, 2023, regarding allegations in the area of building maintenance. The inspection was initiated and completed on April 25, 2023. The inspectors were on site from approximately 3:20 pm until 4:00 pm. Interviews with staff were conducted and observations were made. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law and therefore was not valid.
