A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 09/04/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 10:30 a.m. and ended at 12:30 p.m. There were 15 children in care with staff supervising at all. The children were observed playing inside and outside, during a diaper change, and eating lunch and during rest time. Five staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
