Technical Assistance:
Discussion with facility on the timeframe to follow-up on CPS background checks. Information and telephone number was provided by Licensing Inspector (LI) for the central registry office.
It was confirmed during today's inspection that a carbon monoxide detector has been installed on site within the building.
It was also discussed that there was no medication on site.
Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
This code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/07/2021. The director was contacted to initiate the inspection. There were (14) preschool age children present with (4) staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (5) staff records to ensure that the documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. Therefore, a violation notice was not issued.
