Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on August 5, 2020 and concluded on August 7, 2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 35 children present and eight staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on a review of children's records, the center did not ensure that each record contains all required information.
Evidence: The record for child #1, did not contain the work phone number and place of employment for each custodial parent.
Plan of Correction:
All children's records will be precisely inspected. This child #1 will be completed with work phone number and place of employment for parent.
