An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Three children were present for eight points with two caregivers. Observed children finishing an am snack, hand washing and water play on the patio. The basement space has recently been renovated with a raised ceiling, new carpet, paint and equipment. The patio has a garden that the children are growing radishes, tomatoes, beans and herbs. Reviewed three records for children, training for the provider (current MAT, First Aid and CPR certification), emergency preparation and medication procedures. No medication was on-site during the inspection. All required attendance and postings are current. The provider participates with Early Head Start through Office For Children. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you
