As discussed the diapering area is no longer accessible to children in care therefore, topical ointments are inaccessible to children. If the location of your diapering area changes, you re reminded that all topical ointments must be inaccessible and all cleaning agents must be locked.
Discussed that all subsequent fingerprint search requests will need to be sent in 2023. All background searches are required every five years from the date of the last search result.

An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted today. A total of 8 children (25pts) with the Provider and 1 Assistant were present during the inspection. One household member was also present during the inspection. The children were observed playing in the backyard with staff supervision. The outdoor space provided areas for the children to slide, climb and interact with one another. A walk thru of the entire house was made. Some renovations underway in the kitchen area. This area is no longer accessible to the children in care. 3 cribs onsite with tight fitting sheets. The remaining children nap on cots. No medication or food allergy needs at this time. Current certifications were verified. A total of 4 children's records, both staff and 1 household record reviewed. Recordation was found complete and well organized. Previous violations from the January inspection were reviewed and corrective actions were verified. This inspection occurred between 10am and 12:45pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
