Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/27/2023 between the hours of 1:10pm-2:30pm. There were 2 children (8 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 2 caregiver records, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed during naptime. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Based on record review, the provider did not review the emergency plan at least annually and document each review of the emergency plan.
Evidence: The most recent documented review of the emergency plan for the family day home was dated February 2022.
