An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 07/30/2019 from 2:00 P.M.-4:30 P.M. At the time of the inspection there were six children, and one caregiver present. There was a total of thirteen points. The records for four children, one provider, two injury reports, emergency plan, first aid kit and emergency supplies, four over the counter topical ointments and required documentation, outside play area, chimney inspection, and required posted information were reviewed. The children were observed during naptime, transition to snack, diapering, handwashing, snack time, storytime, and free choice activities. There were no violations noted at the inspection.
