10/15/2019 Arrived 10:05 am Departed 1:00 pm An unannounced licensing inspection was completed today. Fifty-nine children were in care with 14 classroom staff, two office staff and a cook. The children were playing outdoors, playing in centers, reading eating lunch and resting. Previous violations, medication, seven staff records and six children's records were reviewed.

Description:
Based on a review of emergency drill records, the facility failed to ensure that shelter-in-place drills are conducted twice a year. Evidence: 1. There has been no SIP drill conducted in the last year.
