An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today from 12:00-1:00. Two children (4 points) were with the provider. Children were observed transitioning to rest time. Lunch today was mac and cheese, oranges, avocados and milk. Reviewed both children's records, physical space, cribs, emergency preparation (updated emergency plan 1/2020, first aid and CPR training 1/2022) as well as the diapering area. .
