An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/29/2019 from 12:10 pm - 2:05 pm. At the time of entrance there were eight children in care with two caregivers. The children ranged in age from eight months - nine years and counted for a total of 18 points. Children were observed during nap.
Records reviewed for two caregivers, three household members and nine children in care.
