Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Observed circle time, infant care/feeding, outside play on the center playground and the science enrichment activity. Lunch to be served today is sloppy joe sandwich, tater tots, corn and milk. Emergency medication is on-site with 3 staff having current Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
