A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 2/18/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector was in the facility between 1:15 PM and d:25 PM. Nap time and transition to snack were observed. A sample size of five staff records and five children's records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found
