An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:30pm-1:20pm. There were 6 children directly supervised by the provider and 1 assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, and evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed having lunch. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
