Comments:
An unannounced renewal was conducted today. Five children were present (17 points) with two caregivers which is within ratios for supervision. Observed young children during music time, diapering, transition to an AM nap and outside play time on the back porch. No medication was reported to be on-site during the inspection. Reviewed caregiver, children and household member files, emergency preparation, nutrition, physical space and training requirements. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Based on the provider statement, an evacuation drill was not documented. Evidence: The provider stated a drill was conducted in September but she forgot to record the information on her log.
