Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/20/2024 and concluded on 05/20/2024 from 3:10 PM to 4:00 PM. There were 22 children present, ranging in ages from five years to eleven, with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of five children?s records and the two staff records were reviewed/updated.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
Based on documentation review, the center failed to ensure that the emergency preparedness plan shall contain all procedural components.
Evidence: 1. The emergency preparedness plan did not contain updated information of the center's emergency officer and back-up officer.
