Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 12/6/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 5 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 staff and household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the provider did not obtain documentation that the child has been adequately immunized according to the requirements of ? 32.1-46 A of the Code of Virginia and applicable State Board of Health regulations. Evidence: Child 1's record did not obtain a record of immunization.

Description:
Based on record review and provider statement, caregivers did not obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually in areas relevant to their job responsibilities in addition to first aid and CPR training. Evidence: Adult 1 and Adult 2's record did not contain documentation of any training conducted in the previous year.
