An unannounced inspection was conducted today, November 12, 2019 in response to a complaint regarding preventing the spread of diseases. The complaint was received by the department on October 8, 2019. The inspection was initiated at approximately 11:30 AM and concluded at 12:15 PM. During the inspection, interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center and the Get Well Place, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
