A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 17, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety regulations. The inspector arrived at 10:30am and departed at 2:30pm. There were 7 children, ages 21 months to 5 years, totaling 14 points, 2 caregivers present, and 1 volunteer present during the inspection. The children were observed during lunch time, free choice, nap time, preparation for outside time, puzzles, and legos led by the caregivers. A sample of records was reviewed, 5 children's and 2 caregivers. The first aid kit was observed in the FDH. The provider stated that she does not administer any medications.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
