This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 3/22/2022. The Provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 3 children (9 points) present, ranging in ages from 8 months to 2 years old, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 caregiver record, and 2 household member records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
