A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 8/23/2023. There were 36 children, ages 6 months-4 years, 7 staff and 1 administrative staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. Medication was observed during the inspection. A total of 4 children?s records, 3 staff records and 1 medication were reviewed The children were observed during circle time, active time on the playground, handwashing and snack. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:27am and departed the center at 11:31am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
