Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Four children were in care with two caregivers for eight points. and was within ratios for supervision. Observed children finishing lunch of chicken nuggets, bread, carrots, bananas and milk as well as one bought lunch from home. The children then transitioned to rest time and sleeping. Reviewed one child's record, emergency preparation, an emergency medication and authorization, physical space and trainings. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
