Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for 3 children, totaling 8 points. All subsidy health and safety requirements were inspected today. In addition, a Licensing inspection was also conducted today.
Based on a review of the emergency preparedness plan, it was determined that this plan is not complete. Evidence: The provider has not added a Reunification Plan to her emergency preparedness plan.
Plan of Correction:
I will add the information to the plan this weekend.
