An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for 5 children, totaling 13 points. Children's records, the physical plant, emergency preparedness items, children's nutrition, programming and interactions, provider training, and children's medications were inspected today.
The children were observed assembling puzzles, practicing color recognition, singing songs, and engaging in creative play activities.
The children were to be served spaghetti with meat sauce, sliced grapes, and milk for lunch today.
