An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with a monitoring inspection from 10:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. There were 6 children in care with the provider and one assistant ages, 17 months, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, and 6 years for a total of 11 points. Six children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and one assistant records were reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid and Virginia Pre-Service Training. There are reportedly no children enrolled in the program with diagnosed food allergies. The most recent lock down drill was conducted 02/12/2019.
