An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with a monitoring inspection from 9:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. There were two children in care with the provider ages 23 months and 4 years old. Two children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Staff training was reviewed for completion of CPR, First Aid, and Virginia Pre-service Training.
