Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 1/22/24 from 11:40 to 12:40. The provider had two children in care, a total of 8 points, Observed the provider caring for the infants. Lots of supplies for children to explore and infant toys, bouncy seats and cribs. Discussed the portal and the need for the provider to upload her renewal application. Reviewed 2 children's records and the providers record. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary.
