The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Please review the memo sent out to all licensed facilities, dated - 06/26/2020 on the subject of 2020 Legislative Implementation. Please pay close attention to Senate Bill 668 with regards to staff who currently live out of state or who have lived out of state within the past (5) years.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 08/06/2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were (4) children present (10 points) with (1) caregiver. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (2) children?s records, (1) staff file, and (1) household member's record submitted by the family day home to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were cited.
