Discussion of transitioning children older than 12 months from a crib to either a mat or cot.
Discussion that it is not a requirement to maintain a file on household member #3 (given her age). The first documentation is not required until the age of 14 years.

This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 02/17/2023, between the hours of 10:30 am to 12 pm. There were 9 child care children present and 1 resident child (23 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 10 children records, 3 staff files, and 3 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
