Discussion with Provider on the topic of staff training and who is considered staff versus who is considered a volunteer. The definitions and training requirements were reviewed for both.

This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 02/28/2024, between the hours of 1:30 pm to 3 pm. There were 11 children plus 1 resident child present (total of 30 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 3 caregivers supervising. The children were engaged in the following: nap time, diapering, hand washing, waking up, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no meds on site); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 11 children files, 4 staff files, and 4 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
