Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 16, 2024, from 9:00am-10:30am. At the time of entrance, ( 10 ) children ( 27 ) points were in care with ( 2) caregivers present. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 1 caregiver/household member records. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group singing, blocks and balls. No medications were on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.

Based on a review of procedures, the provider has not updated the emergency preparedness plan at least annually. Evidence: The most current emergency preparedness plan is dated 8/1/2022.

Based on a review of children records, 1 child's record did not contain documentation of the review of the child's emergency contact information. Evidence: Child # 4, date of first attendance 11/7/2022 did not have an updated review of emergency contact information. The last review was dated 11/10/2022.
