A complaint investigation was initiated on 3/07/2024 with another local agency from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on 03/07/2024.
The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? Based on record review and staff interview, an orientation training including facility specific topics was not completed for 1 staff member.
Evidence: 1. Staff #1 began employment at this center at the end of January 2024 . 2. The record for Staff #1 did not contain documentation of an orientation training including facility specific topics. 3. Staff stated an orientation specific to the facility was not completed.
Plan of Correction:
Director will ensure all employees, to include those from other sites, receive a facility specific orientation within required time frames.
