Standard #: 8VAC20-780-370-5
Description: Based on record review, the child day center did not ensure Infants, who cannot turn themselves over and are awake, shall be placed on their stomachs a total of 30 minutes each day to facilitate upper body strength and to address misshapen head concerns.

Evidence:
1. Documentation in the record for Child #1 indicated "tummy time" occurred at 11:16am on 3/27/24; however a time frame during which tummy time occurred was not documented. The center was unable to provide documentation showing a minimum of 30 minutes of tummy time daily as required.
