Technical Assistance:
It was recommended that the provider keep track of all staff trainings for 2022. Provider was reminded that their fingerprint will need to be renewed in 1 year and their next TB screening is due in December 2022.
Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/18/2022 and concluded on 7/18/2022. There were a total of 9 children ( 27 points) observed with 3 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, games, and morning snack. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 7 child records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Evidence: File for Child #1 and Child #2 did not have signed acknowledgement of annual review of emergency contact information.
