As discussed, the 3 hour annual refresher training is required for all caregivers and must be completed by 3/1/2020.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on this date to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 11 children (28pts) with Provider and 1 assistant present today. A total of 5 children's records, all staff, and all household member records were reviewed. No identified food allergies for any children, no medication or topical ointment needs at this time. The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. This inspection began at approximately 9:30am and ended at 12:10pm.
