INSPECTION SUMMARY

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 12/07/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were two three year old children present with one staff supervising for four points which is within points for supervision. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two children records and 1 staff record were reviewed. Lunch today was chicken nuggets, potato chips, grapes and milk. Training hours exceeded the required hours as she had 21 hours and only needs 16 hours. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
