Discussion of the subsidy regulations and how they apply to the Family Day Home (FDH). All three staff have completed their 10 hours of the Virginia Pre-Service training, and have CPR & First Aid.

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at Mary Ugarte's FDH located in the town of Leesburg, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 01/22/2019, between the hours of 10 am through 1 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
