Discussion that the 3 hour annual health and safety training will need to be completed in January 2023.
Comments:
This Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 08/25/2022, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11 am. There were 3 children present (4 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined (1 ) non-compliance with an applicable standard. The violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the home.

Based on review, a lockdown drill has not been conducted within the past year.
Evidence - 1. The Provider has been a subsidy vendor for over a full year. Within that time, a lockdown drill was not conducted with the children in care. 2. The emergency drill also reflected that a lockdown drill had not been conducted.
