Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/19/2024. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. The Inspector reviewed children and staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation the center did not ensure all areas and equipment of the center were maintained in a safe condition.
Evidence: 1. In the preschool classroom there was a supply closet door that had peeling paint along the frame.
Plan of Correction:
The peeling paint will be removed and door repoainted.

Description:
Based on observation the center did not ensure all requirements were met when diapering: Evidence: While changing a baby's diaper, infant staff disposed of a soiled diaper, with her hand, touched the exterior surface of the storage system during disposal.
Plan of Correction:
The director corrected the staff member during the inspection. Staff will be reminded of diaper changing steps.
