Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/09/2019 from 11:30 am - 12:50 pm. At the time of entrance there were six children in care with two caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 15 points. Children were observed eating lunch. Toileting and nap was observed after lunch. Records were reviewed for two caregivers and four children in care.
One violation was observed and is listed on the violation notice.
Based on observation, the provider failed to post the findings of the most recent inspection of the facility.
Evidence: 1. The findings from most recent inspection conducted on 05/03/2019 were not posted. a. The findings from the inspection conducted on 04/18/2019 were posted.
