An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/13/2020 from 12:45 pm - 2:10 pm. A renewal inspection was concurrently conducted as this vendor is a licensed family day home.
At the time of entrance there were eight children in care with the provider. A second caregiver arrived at approximately 12:50 pm. The ages of the children counted for a total of 25 points. Children were observed napping. One infant was observed being fed a bottle by the assistant. One diaper change was reviewed.
Records were reviewed for the provider, assistant and two household members. Seven children's records reviewed.
