Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 01/11/2022 from 12:09 pm - 1:30 pm. At the time of entrance there were nine children in care with two caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 22 points. Children were observed during nap. The assistant was observed feeding one infant a bottle. Records were reviewed for two caregivers, two household members and seven children. One violation was observed and is listed on the violation notice.
Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure that cribs when being used by infants shall have a tight-fitting bottom cover.
Evidence: The crib sheet placed on the crib was loose fitting.
Plan of Correction:
The provider stated that new crib sheets would be ordered this evening.
