The following inspection took place between the hours of 12 pm through 2 pm. Today, I met with the Provider on site at the Family Day Home (FDH) located in Aldie, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 11 children (to include 1 resident child) (28 points) with 2 caregivers. A total of 10 children?s files, 2 staff files, and 1 household member's file was reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: free play, imaginative play, toy play, infant sleeping, bathroom breaks, diapering, hand washing, lunch time, nap time, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you.
