Based on observation, an area of the home was in need of maintenance.
Evidence - On the date of inspection (01/31/2023), within the child care area, the following were in need of repair: 1. The foam corner protectors located on the three support columns showed signs of wear with pieces of the foam missing in some parts. 2. A corner in the "reading area" (near large leaf hanging off of wall) chipping drywall was observed. White flakes appeared on the carpet below this worn area.
Plan of Correction:
Will fix and/or remove.
