An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on-site August 17, 2023. The director was available during the inspection. The department received a complaint regarding staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed compliance in that area by conducting interviews and reviewing 1 staff record.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined the complaint to not be valid and there were no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
