Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:50am-12:40 pm. There were 7 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, staff records, children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, transitioning to nap and eating lunch. Hand washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, when meals or snacks are provided by the family day home, menu was not given to parents or posted. Evidence:
There was no menu posted for parents for the week at the time of the inspection.
Plan of Correction:
I did not know I had to do this. I will post menu on board.
