An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted 04/27/22 from 1:20pm to 2:15pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Three staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR. There are no children currently enrolled with diagnosed food allergies, however, staff are aware of the requirement for allergy care plans for children with diagnosed food allergies. The last lockdown drill was documented on 4/26/22.
